Exchange and Return Policy

EXCHANGE

We offer one time exchange per regular priced order for FREE. You have 10 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase for FREE. Requesting exchange to customer-care at Kingsmenshoes.com Or By Calling Customer-Care with the order# you wish to return and the style, color, size you’d like to exchange for. Then we will email you the free return label and new shoes will be shipped out after we receive your return package. 

RETURN POLICY 

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from Kingsmenshoes.com. 
• Items must be returned within 10 days after receipt. 
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
• Final sale goods are exempt from being returned. 
• Email [email protected] with your order# for the return shipping labels or you may use your own shipping label. We are not responsible for the lost package. 
• Flat return rate of $25 will be automatically deducted from your refund when prepaid return label is used.
